It was an impressive demonstration of a car that likely will come with some heavy caveats and restrictions if it ever goes into production.

    It won’t.

The event was less than 30 minutes and felt more like a stunt show than a product reveal.

    Because that’s what it was.

Indeed, there was no mention of price, trim levels, release date, or other such mundane details.

Because it’s not a legitimate consumer product and it never will be.

I personally couldn’t give less of a fuck.

I just want busses, trains and walkable cities. Cars shouldn’t be the norm in any society.

I was just in Seoul and got around everywhere I wanted to go with public transit. Several times comparing public transit and taxis the transit was faster.

In all fairness they tried horribly in Nevada called the Vegas Loop where tunnels were built under the city to speed up transport using driverless teslas to get to like several points as quick as possible. I think it was a flop though. Its the big reason why companies shouldnt be making these things and instead should be government projects for infrastructure improvement. Mixing profit with necessity never works.

The car company told us why subways simply don’t work well. Totally legit. The contract was also won in a competition called “who can make a good public transportation system”, so pay no attention to the car company taking the winnings away from the train and bus companies.

Why is it okay to hype products made by actual, literal Nazis? What the fuck is wrong with us?

I immediately lose respect for anyone I see in a Tesla. I get it. They might be good investments. But you are giving money (power) to a very powerful, very dangerous Nazi.

100%. There’s not even anything that great about them. There’s no world in which a person is forced to own a Tesla.

We all k ow this is vaporware. It will never hit the road. It’s an expensive commercial for a blowhard made impotent from discovering the limit of ketamine.

This isn’t useful to anyone, anywhere. So only dipshits with a bunch of funny money are going to buy them as toys, just like the Cybercuck.

Another smoke-and-mirrors show to dupe the rubes for a little while longer. Now gives them an excuse to buy spacexaixxaix and unlock his $1 trillion shareholder theft pay package.
