Considering how Bezos manage to get tax cuts, I’d say the US citizens are paying for this.
Its safe to say that US taxpayers are always paying for everything. And open corruption soaks up a good percentage of every payment. Meanwhile taxpayers cant eat, get educated, or get health care. All “too expensive”.
