I am 100% with you. I just think there’s a beauty in giving the US a taste of their own rhetorical medicine. I’d link to the Trump tirade I was referencing, but I don’t want to do that to myself or anyone else.
Close the border, build a wall, and make the US pay for it.

Precisely. Note that Israel is currently holding many other members of the flotilla hostage. The excuse is that the crew are refusing to sign “deportation” paperwork… but how do you “deport” someone who never taken a breath within your borders?

Capitalism ≠ Free Market
Capitalism, by definition, is the pursuit and hoarding of wealth at all costs. This is ideologically opposed to the concept of a free market, because it will inevitably lead to captured markets and trusts.
While I agree that this particular scenario is unrelated to Capitalism as it is a matter of national protectionism, I’m simply taking umbrage with using “free market” and “capitalism” in a sentence together. Capitalism will always ultimately kill a free market.

These are Maori. It’s their land and their traditions, and they are being attacked for both by white, authoritarian colonists. It’s unacceptable.
The international rise of the Cult of Naturalism and the growing prevalence of their ur-eugenics pseudoscience is horrifying to watch. Like so many other actively harmful ideologies and policies I don’t see any non-violent solutions.
