  • They think they benefit from the controlling systems and preserve their “right” to punch down on others. The same toxic patterns in many families, sports, frats, military, most supernatural groups and authoritarian politicians. All hierarchal, conditional belonging, stuck in dualism, obey those above until it’s your turn to punch down.

That is unhealthy and the real truth does set us free from all that nasty baggage, transcend the ego and actualize in this life. The harder path is to have real courage and integrity in life, critical thinking and not just do as told and conform for conditional belonging. It’s easier to stay in dualism as told and repeat the tribal indoctrination.

The inversion of values What’s presented as virtue: obedience, conformity, and shame-based compliance, is actually corrosion of the self. And what’s demonized: questioning, autonomy, authentic desire, is what genuine integrity requires.

This is the deepest form of control because it colonizes a person’s moral sense. You internalize shame not for doing harm, but for being yourself. You learn to call your own suppression “goodness.” The system doesn’t have to force you anymore; you police yourself.

  • The magas keep betraying, it’s their thing, and even Bush said don’t get fooled so many times. I really want putin to leave and stay in existing lands, has plenty so stop killing all these people and all the suffering. Stop the dictator bs and could have had a much better economy and quality of life for people there if he did the right things, followed the Nordic models. Estonia and others have advanced with their freedom from the unhealthy controlling ways and putin could have done all that too, but no, doubled down on toxic systems and scapegoat minorities. Same horrible policies always bring horrible results for the majority, but the wealthy benefit. The wealthy and powerful protect their benefits and privileges at the expense of the many as we can see over and over in history.

  • Mr. Money Mustache’s latest post is about this and I hope is right. Basically he thinks it will not destroy retirement, viewing market panic as a recurring historical pattern driven by fear rather than fundamental economic ruin. Instead of reacting to macroeconomic anxiety, he emphasizes that true wealth stems from human productivity and resilience, suggesting individuals ignore the news cycle and focus on personal financial habits. Also recaps the basics so a great reatd. We can do it one step at a time to increase freedom!
